Our Internet Downloads are now Instant and do not rely on you receiving an email with the links.  We do still send you an email with the download links as a backup but you will be taken directly to a download page as soon as your credit card is approved.

To receive your receipt and your backup email download there are three things you need to do to assure that you receive these emails.

  ----------------- First Step -----------------  

You should receive an email with your order receipt and shortly there after you should receive an email with your backup download links.

BEFORE you check for your email download link please read below.

If you are using a Spam filter or blocker that requires confirmation from the sender or is set to reject email from certain domains, please enable it to receive email from the domains listed below.

For some systems adding our addresses listed below to your contacts list can help to let our emails thru to you.  Here are our addresses to add to your contacts list.

Entering these addresses should help get our email receipts and download links to you without delays.

Adding our email addresses to your contacts list no matter which Internet Provider Service you use will help insure that you get your download link emails.

  ----------------- Second Step -----------------  

If you do not receive your email download link check your deleted, junk or junk suspects folder.

You may have received your download link emails but your AntiSpam or Junk filters may have taken the download link email to your junk folders.

Attention AOL and Earthlink users.  These providers have added a spam filter that keeps some emails from getting to your inbox.  This filter intercepts the email and sends a message to the sender to click on a link and copy a text from that email page.  This will return to your filter program and will allow the original email to go on thru or delete the message if not properly processed.

Other email users can also find the email link we send gets sent to your junk or junk suspects folder.

  ----------------- Third Step -----------------  

You no longer have to reply to the download order receipt before we process your order.  They are now sent immediately 24/7/365 to our automated fulfillment department for processing once your credit card is approved. 

If your email address is entered incorrectly you will not get a copy of your receipt and your email links for this order cannot be automatically delivered to you.  This will cause a delay in you receiving these email download links.  

Even if you enter your email incorrectly you will still be taken to the instant download page.

1.  Is your email address entered correctly

If you do not receive our email receipt within 30 minutes then perhaps you entered your email address incorrectly.  You should have received this confirmation automatically within 30 minutes after placing the order anytime 24/7 day or night.  

NOTE: If you do not receive this confirmation please follow up your order with an email directly to us letting us know your name along with your correct email address and we will check your order and correct the email address.  We will then send you a copy of your receipt. 

If you did not receive your receipt then send an email to us: orders@bensonsound.com

We will then send you the original email confirmation that you should have received.  This will not automatically generated so it may not occur until our next normal business day. 

The keyword is make sure you enter your email address correctly!

 Never re-send your credit card information to us via email as it is not secure.
