Question #1.  How do I remove unwanted items in my shopping cart?

Question #1.  How do I remove unwanted items in my shopping cart?

Answer #1.  Simply Click the Remove button under the title you wish to remove or you can enter a zero (0) in the quantity field of that title and then click "Update".  The unwanted item will be removed and your total will be updated or refreshed to reflect the correct total.


Question #2.  Do your download orders have any shipping or handling costs?

Answer #2.  Download Orders (DL) do not have any shipping or handling costs associated with this service.  The cost of the track(s) is all you pay.


Question #3.  What credit cards can I use for my download orders?

Answer #4.  We accept Visa & MasterCard as well as PayPal. With PayPal you can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  When using PayPal you do not have to have an account with them to use this service.  Just click on "Don't have a PayPal Account?" on the page where it asks for your credit card information.  Some Visa and MC debit cards will work.  You will have to try them to know for sure.


Question #4.  When I place my Download Order online how quickly will I receive my download email link?

Answer #4.  Your download links are now provided as soon as your credit card is approved for this purchase.  You should be able to download your order while you are still online.  As as backup we now provide your "Member's Area" where you can login at any time to download or re-download your tracks now or in the future.  We do send you an email with instructions on how to login to your Memeber's Area. 


Question #5.  I have not received my receipt for my download order.  What does this mean?

Answer #5.  You do not have to wait for an email to get your download links as the last page of your cart takes you to your Member's Area to download your soundtracks.

  You may have entered your email address incorrectly OR you have actually received these emails and your Anti Spam or Junk/Junk Suspects folders contain our emails.  You will have no way of checking if you entered your email correctly at this point. Just send us an email inquiring about your order and include your order ID number that was shown on your screen at the end of your order entry.  This will greatly assist our searching process for your order.  If we find your order and it was an incorrect email address we will forward the original order receipt to the new email address provided. If you entered an incorrect email address your order will have been processed but will not be able to email you the download link or reach you unless you enter phone numbers where we can call you.  When we receive your corrected email address we will restart your order processing.


Question #6.  I am not ordering from a country that uses "States" what do I enter in that field.  The cart will not let me continue unless I enter something.?

Answer #6.  You can enter NA for Not Applicable.  It must be only two characters in length so we suggest using NA. This is for orders out of the USA.


Question #7.  Do you offer quantity discounts for your soundtracks.?

Answer #7.  Yes.  We now have multiple price discounts for both Downloads and CD orders.
