Support requests outside these listed times will be responded to on the next day.

First time customers will need to get a temporary password to be able to login to your Member's Area.

Instant Downloads are provided to you in several available ways.

1.  Once your Credit Card info is approved you Click the last button to go to the Instant Download Page.  There you can download your soundtracks from this page instantly.  No waiting.

      If you close that page accidentally, you will not be able to get back to that page But you do have the following options.  Go to #2.

2.  Check your email InBox for a download page email.  An email with your download links is automatically sent to the email address you entered at the time of your order. 

      If that email does not show up in your InBox because of your Email Spam Filter or other issues, then try option #3 below.  Do check your Spam Email folder.

3.  Click here to go to our Member's Area Download Login Page.  

     Once you click on the above Members Area Download Page, go near the bottom and enter your email address that you used for your Download Order and click on Submit that you Forgot your password.

      If this is your first time to enter the Members Area you will not have actually have received a Password yet. 

     After you click to submit, check your email "InBox" for an email with the Subject "Login Details for Members Area", that email will include your ID (email address used on order) and a temporary password.

      When you get this temporary password go back to the Member's Area link above to login to this area.

      If this is your first time to this Member's Area Page enter your Permanent Password you would like to use going forward, and verify it.

      Just below the submit button you will find the download area.  Click on the + for the date of your order and it will expand to show the current download links.

     Please Note: In this Member Area you can re-download your tracks anytime But the email download page will still only have 4 days from the time you place your order to complete your downloads.
