Please carefully
enter your email and credit card information when placing an
order. If the wrong email is entered we cannot contact
you regarding any questions we have before proceeding with
your order.
Effective
01/01/2005 your credit card is checked immediately after your
enter your information and click "submit". If
there are any items that are incorrect you will see a screen
telling you what needs to be corrected. When all of the
information is correct you will see an "Approved" page
letting you know your order is approved and complete.
Your
email address cannot be confirmed by us that is your correct
email address so please double check your email address.
We
suggest that you monitor your email account closely for a few
days after you have completed your online CD orders in case we
have questions or need clarifications. Download
orders are now processed automatically as long as your email
address is correct. You
should receive a confirmation email within just a few minutes after placing
your online order. If you are ordering CD's to be
shipped you
must reply to our email order confirmation before we can proceed with your
order. Download orders do not require the email confirmation because
these DL orders are processed automatically 24/7. When
you reply please include your order that was just emailed to you
and state at the top of this order that "The order is correct" and we will then
proceed to process this order. Here
is a sample reply email. If you do not receive this email
confirmation then perhaps you entered you email address
incorrectly. You should have received this confirmation
automatically shortly after placing the order anytime day or
night. NOTE:
If you do not receive this confirmation please
follow up your order with an email directly to us letting us
know your name and email address and we will check your order
and correct the email address.
We
will then send you the original email confirmation that you
should have received. You will still need to reply to
this confirmation letting us know the order is correct as
entered. Never
send your credit card information to us via email as it
is not secure. If
you have to re-send your CC information you will have to call us on
the phone during business hours or re-enter your order online
and indicate this is a duplicate order to correct CC
information. If
you just made an error entering any other data you can email
