To download: LEFT CLICK on the underlined blue soundtrack number. This is the download link for this song.
You may see a "File Download- Security Warning" with the choice of "Run" or "Save". Click "Save".
Next the Save as dialog box will open.
On the left side of this dialog box there is an icon for your "Desktop" left click this icon and then left click on the "Save" button in the lower right hand corner of this dialog box.
You may choose another location you want to save the downloaded file to on your hard drive. It is important to remember where you saved this download file on your hard drive.
Previously the download files were named etdownload1 and etdownload2, etc. Each time you placed an order would over write the previous file. Now they are downloaded with the unique name of the actual soundtrack so they will no longer be overwritten.
The file names will look like 0616N.exe or 1500B.exe. Please note your computer may not show the file extension of .exe. Yours may only show 0101B. This is normal. Do not change or add the .exe onto the file name just click the save button.
Please write it down if you save this file to any place other than the default location. The default save location is to your local C: hard drive on your desktop.
We suggest that you save this file to your desktop for ease in finding after it is downloaded.
Remember: Do not change the .exe on the end or your file will not unzip properly.
Note: We have zipped EACH of your soundtracks, vocal demos and the lyrics pages into to a single file named by the track number. This single file will contain three files for each song. Each of these files are a self executing zip file created with Winzip. Self Executing only means you do not have to have WinZip installed on your computer to unzip the files.
Once you have the file(s) downloaded to your local hard drive (desktop) you need unzip or extract EACH song.
Minimize all windows so you can see your desktop and find the file(s) you just saved, like 0101B.exe.
You should notice EACH song file will have a unique icon that looks like
this.
To extract the files double click on this icon file.
If you have Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed you will see an extra dialog box. It is called "Open file - Security Warning" asking to run or cancel.
Click on Run.

The files are automatically saved to our default directory.
The default directory is c:\encoretrax\.
You should click on each encore icon one at a time and the song the file(s) will automatically unzip and automatically open Windows Explorer to the directory where your files are unzipped to.
Just click on a one of the .MP3 files to start listening to your soundtracks or vocal demos.
You will notice in this new encoretrax order directory that after unzipping the downloaded master file there will be three files per song in this folder.
The actual soundtrack file will look like this, 1596-st.mp3. Where 1596 is the soundtrack number you ordered. The st indicates this is the soundtrack.
The vocal demo file will have the title following the number - 1596-vd.mp3. Where vd is the vocal demo of the soundtrack you ordered.
The lyrics will look like 1596-lyrics.htm. When you click on the lyrics you will see these lyrics and you can print directly from your browser to have a printed copy.
If you double click on the files that end with st or vd they will open and play. If you double click on the lyrics it will open your browser to display the lyrics page.
To print these lyrics just click on your printer icon.

ATTENTION: APPLE MAC USERS
If you are using an Apple Computer you will need the free program called "Stuffit" to unzip these files.
If you do not have Stuffit already on your computer do a search at:
www.google.com for stuffit. It is a free utility.
Here are some tips on Burning your Audio CD:
When you burn your own CD do not include the lyrics files as they are for printing purposes only and cannot be burned on to an Audio CD. When you burn an audio CD from these high quality .mp3 files they will automatically be converted to CD audio that will play on any CD player.
If you wish to include both your soundtracks and vocal demos on this CD we do suggest: That you place your soundtracks all together followed by your vocal demos AND you should place the vocal demo in the same order as your soundtracks.
Example:
This should help minimize your sound operators going to a vocal demo by mistake.
EXTREMELY Important CD Format Note: Burning a "Data CD" or an "Audio CD" are not the same functions.
If you want your CD to play on all players you will want to create or burn an AUDIO CD. If you simply copy the MP3 files to your blank CD you could be just creating a "DATA CD". This DATA CD will play on your computer and on some CD/DVD players but they will not play in all players because you have actually created this as a data CD not an audio CD.
Check the documentation that came with your burning software to confirm exactly how you go about creating an actual "AUDIO CD" if you want it to play it in your car or at church and in ALL standard CD players.
Also when the Audio CD burning process is complete the Audio CD needs to be "finished", "closed" or "fixed". A dialog box may ask if you want to close this disc so it can be played in all players. The answer should be Yes if you want to take this CD and play it at church or on other audio CD players.
Don't get caught taking your new CD to church to sing with and find out it won't play. Use Windows Explorer to look at the files on your newly burned CD. If the files are named as sent them to you then you do not have an "Audio CD".
Example File Names seen in Explorer:
1596-st.mp3 or 1596-st - This indicates that you have burned this CD as a "Data CD".
If you see the files listed as - Track01.cda or Track01
These files are true CD Audio files and if in addition to burning this as a CD Audio disc you finished or closed the disc then it should play in all players.
One quick test is to play in your car CD player or your home stereo CD Player as most of these players will only play CD Audio discs.
On your computer insert your completed CD disc and view the files on that disc to confirm the type of disc you have created.
You should see files with names like:
Etc.

ERRORS.
Read about errors in downloading or extracting your files.
If you receive an error when you double click on the file etdownload.exe stating that this is not a Win32 application then follow these instructions below:
Your download file did not arrive at your computer intact and complete.
1. Find where you saved the downloaded file named "etdownload.exe" and delete it (we suggested your desktop for ease in finding this file) . Next go back to our email with the download link and do the download again from the beginning. Notice if your download time is only a second or two then your are NOT getting the full download. A proper download will take approximately one or two minutes per song with DSL or Cable fast connections and up to one hour per song with a dialup connection.
2. On this page above here you will find the file size of your etdownload.exe file. Right click on the file you downloaded and then left click on properties and compare the size of your download against the file size listing in your download email link. FYI we check these two file sizes before you are emailed with the download link. The email link will not even go out if the uploaded file size does not match our server file size. So, if your file sizes do not match it is probably a download problem and not an upload problem.
3. If you still cannot get the download complete then Delete the etdownload.exe file again and then shutdown and reboot your computer before you retry the download again.
4. If all of these suggestions still give you this same error then send an email to us letting us know you received this error and that you have deleted and re-tried the download and still get the same error message. We will quickly check the server file to confirm that the upload to our server is correct and intact. 99% of the time it is a download issue but if we find the upload is bad we will re-upload and send you another email with a different link. You cannot re-use the first link if we reprocess your order, it will be deleted on our server and replaced with this new link.
